Wellness Policy

NLSD Wellness Policy - Section 200, Policy 246

The NLSD Wellness Committee invites you to participate in the development and updating of the district’s wellness policy.

The NLSD Wellness Policy is at least annually reviewed for compliance with the federal regulations continuously used to determine operational compliance with in the district. This review is completed by the members of the Wellness committee and the Wellness policy is approved by the NLSD Board of Directors annually.

The NLSD Wellness Committee invites all parents, students, teachers, administrators and community members to participate in this process. To share your ideas or thoughts please feel free to contact the Director of Food Services.
