Technical Support

The Technology Department provides comprehensive technical support for students, faculty, and staff. From troubleshooting hardware and software issues to maintaining critical systems, our goal is to deliver reliable technology services that minimize disruptions to teaching and learning.

Technology Infrastructure

We design, implement, and maintain the district's technology infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks, servers, cybersecurity systems, classroom technology, and over 2,000 connected devices. Our focus is on providing a secure, dependable, and high-performing technology environment across all district facilities.

Student Technology Program

Northern Lehigh School District is committed to providing students with access to technology that supports learning while meeting the developmental needs of each grade level.

Students in Kindergarten through Second Grade have access to Chromebooks through mobile cart deployments, allowing technology to be integrated into instruction whenever appropriate while encouraging balanced learning experiences.

Students in Third through Twelfth Grade participate in the district's one-to-one Chromebook program. Each student is assigned a district-issued Chromebook to support classroom instruction, digital learning, collaboration, research, and access to educational resources both at school and at home.

Digital Access

We believe every student should have the opportunity to access learning beyond the classroom. Internet hotspots are available to help eliminate connectivity barriers and support student success outside of school.

Cybersecurity and Data Protection

Protecting student and staff information is a top priority. The Technology Department continually strengthens district cybersecurity through proactive monitoring, security awareness, system updates, and industry best practices to safeguard our digital environment.

Continuous Innovation

Technology is constantly evolving, and so are we. The Technology Department regularly evaluates emerging technologies, upgrades district systems, and implements new solutions that enhance instruction, improve operational efficiency, and support the district's educational mission.
