Over the past several years, technology has become an essential component of modern education. At Northern Lehigh School District, our dedicated Technology Department plays a pivotal role in empowering students, faculty, and staff throughout the district. Below are the core elements of our technology initiatives:

• Technical Support: Our Technology Department provides comprehensive technical support to ensure seamless operations. From troubleshooting to system maintenance, we are committed to enhancing the educational experience for all stakeholders.

• Infrastructure Management: We oversee the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of technology devices and infrastructure throughout our district buildings and essential facilities.

• Digital Equity: We firmly believe that every student deserves equal access to quality education. To achieve this, we have implemented a 1-to-1 technology initiative across all grade levels. Each Northern Lehigh School District student receives a Chromebook, empowering them to access educational resources anytime, anywhere.

• Flexible Learning Environments: Our 1-to-1 technology initiative allows students to learn either synchronously or asynchronously. Whether in the classroom or at home, technology facilitates personalized learning experiences.

• Internet Accessibility: Recognizing the importance of connectivity, we offer Internet hotspots to students who require assistance accessing the web from home.

• Continuous Improvement: The Technology Department remains dedicated to enhancing our complex systems. We continually update and refine our infrastructure to meet evolving educational needs.

• Support Channels: Should any technology-related issues arise, students, faculty, or staff can easily submit a technology support request form to notify our department promptly.
