When a student is absent from school, he/she has THREE (3) school days to submit a valid written excuse. Please feel free to use the attached forms.NOTE: If a student is mandated, then a doctor’s excuse is required.
This form is to be completed by a Parent/Guardian to arrange a student's absence from school for the purposes of an educational tour or trip. A copy of this form should be submitted for approval to both the Building Principal and District Superintendent.
In the event that LCTI closes or cancels classes without advance notification to our school district, the Northern Lehigh School District cannot allow your child to leave school without parent/guardian permission. Please note this slip grants permission for your child to leave school, at the discretion of Administration, without adult supervision or parent contact.
