This form must be completed in order for a student to receive transportation services to and from school.
If you would like Northern Lehigh School District Bus/Van drivers to be aware of any medical needs your child may have, in the event of a medical emergency, please complete the Transportation Emergency Conctact form, and return to the District Office's Transportation Department by the following methods: Student may return form to the Homeroom teacher, E-mail to: transportation@nlsd.org or Mail to: NLSD, Transportation Department, 1201 Shadow Oaks Lane, Slatington, PA 18080
Northern Lehigh School District has implemented a bus transportation opt-out program. The opt-out program applies to families that never plan on utilizing bus service either to or from school.
Northern Lehigh School District has partnered with BusPatrol to launch a school bus safety program in line with PA Motor Vehicle Code § 3345.1.
All district buses are now equipped with safety technology, including photo enforcement cameras to detect vehicles that illegally pass stopped school buses. This safety initiative will curb dangerous motorist behavior and make the ride to and from school safer for all student riders.
