Below are forms and documents used by the Main Office at Northern Lehigh High School.
This letter is to inform both parents and students of the high school’s electronic device and dress code policies. In an effort to decrease the disruptions to the academic learning and the potential for electronic device misuse, Northern Lehigh High School has implemented these policies that are in effect during the school hours of 7:00 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.
This form must be completed by both the Student and a Parent/Guardian for a student to be allowed parking privileges on Northern Lehigh School District property.
This form must be completed in order for a student in grades 9-12 to invite a guest to a Northern Lehigh school dance who is either from another high school or who has graduated from high school and is under 21 years of age.
