On Thursday, May 17th, the Lady Bulldog Softball team came from behind for the third straight game and won the Colonial League Championship by beating Salisbury 5-3. After falling behind 3-2 in the top of the 6th, Maddy Peters, Kaitlin Hoffman and Paige Hude loaded the bases and then Shyanna Williams brought them all home with a tremendous triple. Great defensive plays by Katie Yesik, Kaitlin Hoffman, Lauren Hoffman and Alicia Horn played a part in the victory. The Lady Bulldogs are now 18 and 4 and will now play Palisades on Tuesday in the first round of the District XI playoffs.
