Director's Notes:
Ardith Steckel's favorite musical was finally coming to the Northern Lehigh stage. Brigadoon was a beautifully costumed, beautifully choreographed, beautifully... well, it was a beautiful show. Talented leads such as Keith Frantz, Matt Frederick, Suzanne Stein, Jennifer Bernard, Misty Guedes, Bradley Wentz, Marcus DeMichele did an excellent job. The sword dance, the Dream ballet, the special chorus, the men's Chase complete with torches, the Green Valley trees, the Entrance of the Clans, Wedding Dance, and the performance by Mr. Lundie, were just some of the highlights. Some said just seeing all the men in kilts was worth the price of admission. But where did Doneta hide those microphones? Lillian Hoffman and Veronica Redline added much to the beauty of our show. The many, many snow storms in '94 added to the nervous condition everyone experienced due to cancelled rehearsals. But a miracle happened, the snow stopped, rehearsals began and a bonnie show was had by all.
