Mr. Geist is the current athletic director for the Northern Lehigh School District. He earned his undergraduate degree from Kutztown University and completed his Masters Degree at East Stroudsburg University. He began his career teaching Mathematics at Northern Lehigh High School before taking over the position of Athletic Director in 2006.

Mr. Tout is the current assistant athletic director for the Northern Lehigh School District. A 2000 graduate from Kutztown University, Mr. Tout also teaches Social Studies at Northern Lehigh High School and has been the head football coach of the Northern Lehigh Bulldogs since 2006.
