Athlete Registration (Student Central)

Registration for both students and parents is now available at Student Central (Formerly known as "PlanetHS")

The Athletic Department at Northern Lehigh School District hosts their Pre-Participation Athletic Forms online with Student Central. This digital platform will allow you, and your student(s), to complete and access athletic forms via computer, tablet, or mobile phone. It is HIPAA, COPPA and FERPA compliant. A link to the privacy policy is located at the bottom of the Sign in page at studentcentral.bigteams.com/.

PLEASE NOTE: Students should sign up first then the parent. Athletes will have their own account and parents will have their own separate account. Student accounts will be linked with parent accounts. Parents will receive a link from their son/daughter after they sign up. Parents with multiple athletes only need one account.

PIAA CIPPE: Section 6: Certification of Authorized Medical Examiner

The only hard copy form that must be submitted is Section 6 of the PIAA Pre-Participation Physical form. This is the section that is completed by the Certified Medical Examiner and must take place June 1st or after for next school year. Any physical done before June 1st is not valid. This hard copy must be submitted to the Northern Lehigh Athletic Trainers.
